Refund policy

At Pinstripe Exchange, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can take advantage of our return policy:

• Returns Accepted: You may return any eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
• Return Shipping: A $4.95 flat rate will be applied for a return shipping label.
• Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
• Final Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Condition of Returned Items:

All returned cards must be in the exact same condition as when they were originally shipped. Cards returned in a different condition will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

How to Initiate a Return:

To begin the return process, please email orders@pinstripe.exchange with the following:

• Order number in the subject line
• List of items you wish to return
• The reason for your return

Once we receive your request, we will provide further instructions to complete your return.
